Pricing Includes: complimentary disposable plates, disposable utensils, disposable napkins, silver chafing dishes and buffet serving supplies. 

 

Mixed Field Green Salad: Mixed field greens tossed with grape tomatoes, sliced hothouse cucumber’s, crumbled feta cheese and assorted dressing on the side.

 

Halibut Cakes:  Halibut prepared Olympia style, panko crusted, pan-fried, and served with ripe tomato and dill relish. 

 

Fresh Rolls w/Butter

 

Rosemary Roasted Red Bliss Potatoes:  Red potatoes roasted with olive oil, fresh chunks of garlic, and fresh rosemary.

 

Grilled Asparagus

 

Steak Bites:  Tri-tip steak marinated, grilled and served with a brandy peppercorn sauce.

 

Mini Chicken Cordon Bleu: Tender breast of chicken stuffed with black forest ham and gruyere cheese.  Lightly seasoned with panko bread crumbs and baked to perfection.
