APPETIZERS

Mini Cucumber Canapés: Filled with a savory salmon mousse. 

 

 

Spanakopita: Fresh spinach, feta, Greek herbs and spices baked in a phyllo dough crust.

 

 

Alaskan Crab Cakes: Sal’s fantastic crab cakes prepared with a homemade stuffing and pan-fried to perfection. Served with a roasted red pepper aioli.

 

 

Garlic Knots: Sal’s famous pizza dough transformed into these little rolls garnished with fresh garlic, parmesan cheese, and olive oil.

 

SALAD

Mixed Field Green Salad: Field greens tossed with cucumbers, red onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Served with assorted dressing.

 

SIDE DISHES

Green Bean Almandine: Green beans sautéed with white wine, lemon juice, and butter, and garnished with sliced almonds.

MAIN COURSE

Halibut Olympia: Pan-roasted Halibut served on a bed of julienne onions garnished with mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, paprika, and a splash of lemon juice

 

Rosemary and Cracked Black Pepper Crusted Prime Rib: Marinated and infused with fresh garlic, olive oil, rosemary, cracked black pepper, and fennel seed. Oven roasted and served medium to medium well with an au jus sauce.

 

 

Chicken & Shrimp Kabobs: Marinated skewers with brightly colored fresh vegetables. Served with a sweet chili dipping sauce.

 

 

Steak Bites: Marinated tri-tip steak served with a brandy peppercorn gravy.
