Sautéed Pork Chops with Sauerkraut:   Sautéed pork chops smothered in a savory bacon, onion, apple juice, sauerkraut mixture.

 

Beer-Braised Brats & Sausages with Sauerkraut: Sausages and sauerkraut braised with an Oktoberfest beer creating a deep, caramelized flavor.

 

Colander Spaetzle: Traditional German staple made with ricotta cheese and buttermilk.

 

German Potato Salad: Served warm with bacon-vinegar dressing garnished with dill.

 

Cucumber Salad: Crisp cold cucumbers tossed with a yogurt, mustard and dill dressing.

 

Crumb-Topped Brussels Sprouts:  Steamed Brussels sprouts topped with breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese mixture.
