Seasonal Sautéed Garden Vegetables: Chef’s choice fresh garden vegetable, based on seasonal availability and freshness. Vegetables sautéed with garlic, white wine, lemon juice, and butter.
Mixed Vegetable Stir Fry: An assortment of mixed vegetables sautéed with Chinese spices and flavors.
Baby Summer Squash and Zucchini: Sautéed with white wine, lemon juice, parsley, and butter - this dish is based on seasonal availability.
Chilled Roasted Garden Vegetables: Yellow squash, zucchini, red and green peppers and asparagus marinated with extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, oregano and garlic. Additional $1.95 per person if added to the lunch/dinner special.
Rosemary Roasted Red Bliss Potatoes: Red potatoes roasted with fresh rosemary, garlic, and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.
Yukon Gold Potatoes: Yukon gold potatoes roasted with fresh rosemary, garlic, and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.
Garlic Mashed Potatoes: Classic mashed potatoes whipped with butter infused with fresh garlic.
Butter Whipped Mashed Potatoes: Classic mashed potatoes whipped with butter.
Potatoes Au Gratin: Sliced russet potatoes baked with cream, cheese, and fresh herbs.
Baked Potato Bar: Baked russet Potatoes and baked sweet potatoes with the following toppings served on the side: bacon bits, scallions, sour cream, whipped butter, jalapeños and shredded cheese. Additional $2.95 per person if added to the lunch/dinner special.
Grilled Asparagus: Asparagus marinated with olive oil, fresh garlic, and parmesan cheese and served flamed broiled. Additional $1.95 per person if added to the lunch/dinner special.
Flame Broiled Panko Crusted Asparagus: Fresh Asparagus marinated with extra virgin olive oil, grated parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs and fresh garlic. Additional $1.95 per person if added to the lunch/dinner special.
Corn on the Cob: Grilled to absolute perfection and served piping hot with real butter.
Green Bean Almandine: Green beans sautéed with white wine, lemon juice, and butter, and garnished with sliced almonds.
