seasonings, seared, then smoked and braised to a tender

perfection served on a sweet hawaiian roll with coleslaw

Hoisin Glazed Chicken Slider: Hoisin marinated chicken

breast topped with a fresh cabbage and carrot slaw.

 

Caprese Sliders: Sliced Roma tomatoes, fresh mozzarella

cheese, roasted red peppers, fresh basil,
