Chicken Selections

(1) Entree is included with the lunch/dinner special unless otherwise noted. Additional chicken entrees may be purchased for $4.95 per person . 

Cilantro Lime Chicken:  Tender breast of chicken marinated with herbs, lemon juice, and olive oil. Pan seared and finished with tri-color peppers, sweet onions, lime, juice, cilantro and extra virgin olive oil. 

 

Mini Chicken Cordon Bleu: Tender breast of chicken stuffed with black forest ham and Gruyere cheese. Lightly seasoned with panko bread crumbs and baked to perfection.

 

Chicken Satay: Marinated chicken skewers, oven roasted and served on a bed of Asian slaw. Topped with seasme seeds, and a hoisin glaze. 

 

Tequila Chicken: Marinated chicken breast tossed with tri-colored peppers, fresh cilantro, and a citrus vinaigrette.


Chicken Francese: Chicken breast egg battered, sautéed, and finished with white wine, fresh lemon juice, and butter.

 

Balsamic BBQ Chicken: Marinated breast of chicken seasoned and grilled to perfection. Topped with a balsamic barbecue sauce.

 

Chicken Piccata: Chicken breast, egg battered and sautéed with white wine, lemon juice, capers, and butter.  


Chicken Marsala: Chicken thinly sliced, flavored, sauteed and finished with sautéed mushrooms, garlic, and a rich cream sauce.   

 

Chicken Parmesan: Thinly sliced chicken breast, egg battered and breaded. Pan fried and with marinara sauce, mozzarella and baked to perfection. 

 

Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry: Fresh garden vegetables tossed with marinated and grilled chicken and stir-fried with ginger and soy sauces

 

Hoisin Glazed Chicken:  Hoisin marinated chicken breast and thighs, grilled and served with a pineapple hoisin glaze.

 

"Firecracker" Fried Chicken: Gets you all the crunch and heat of the south in every bite.
